A self-paced course in liver health, spring energy, and whole-body healing
Wood Element • Spring • All Levels Welcome
Your liver is doing more than you think.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the liver system governs your tendons and ligaments, your eyes and clarity of vision, your ability to make plans and stay flexible — emotionally as well as physically. When it’s out of balance, you feel it. Frustration that lingers. Stiffness that won’t let go. That sense of being stuck when you know you want to move forward.
Spring is when the liver system comes alive — and when it most needs your support. Whether it’s actually spring where you are or not, this is an invitation to tune in, clear out, and start fresh.
This course is here to support you if you’ve been experiencing:
- Frustration, impatience, or that low-level feeling of being stuck
- Stiffness, tight tendons, or slow recovery from injury
- Eye strain, foggy vision, or sensitivity to light
- Seasonal allergies or sinus congestion
- Digestive issues or trouble sleeping between 11pm and 3am
- A sense that something needs to shift but you’re not sure where to start
You don’t need to have a diagnosed liver condition for this to be relevant. These are the subtle signs the body uses to say it needs a little more attention right here.
What is Love Your Liver?
Love Your Liver is a 17-module, self-paced course drawn from a live two-session workshops taught by Sue Crites and Munira Jiwa — plus 4 bonus modules for those who want to go deeper. It brings together qigong movement, meridian work, acupressure, TCM nutrition, Feng shui, sound healing, and Qigong Energy Healing into one cohesive experience — all through the lens of the Wood Element and spring energy.
It may or may not be spring where you are, but no matter what the season, your liver is working hard for you.
This is part of The Five Elements Healing Series — five workshops, one for each element and organ system, designed to take you through a full cycle of whole-body healing. Love Your Liver is where the series begins.
What you’ll explore across 17 core modules:
- The Wood Element, spring energy, and why this season is the ideal time to support the liver system
- How the liver system connects to your joints, eyes, tendons, emotions, and sleep
- Qigong practices including Moving Yin & Yang and full meridian tapping and tracing
- The Four Gates Qissage — two powerful acupressure points for emotional and energetic balance
- The Body Clock, meal timing, and foods that nourish liver detoxification
- Feng shui, clutter, and how your environment reflects your internal energy
- Eye health exercises and the liver-eye connection
- The Six Healing Sounds and a guided chanting meditation for the Wood Element’
- Bonus: An extended meridian tracing practice to return to again and again
