Love Your Heart
A self-paced qigong course for the heart, the spirit, and the season of joy.
Fire Element • Summer • All Levels Welcome
With Munira Jiwa & Sue Crites
Your heart does more than beat.
In traditional Chinese medicine, the heart is the emperor — the seat of your spirit, your consciousness, your ability to connect, and your capacity for joy. When the heart system is supported, you sleep better, feel more present, and move through life with less anxiety and more ease. When it's depleted, you might feel restless, emotionally flat, scattered, or disconnected from yourself.
This workshop-turned-course is a deep dive into the heart from both Eastern and Western perspectives — with practical tools you'll actually use.
What Is Love Your Heart?
Love Your Heart is a self-paced online course that walks you through the fire element of traditional Chinese medicine — the system that governs your heart, spirit, sleep, and emotional wellbeing.
Sue Crites and Munira Jiwa bring together qigong practice, TCM theory, applied feng shui, energy breathing, healing sound, and self-healing techniques into a cohesive experience you can return to any time.Â
This course is here to support you if:
➤ You struggle with sleep — especially waking at night with a busy mind
➤ You feel anxious, restless, or emotionally scattered
➤ You want to support your heart health naturally alongside medical care
➤ You’ve been through a season of grief, stress, or burnout and your heart feels heavy
➤ You’re in midlife and want tools that address your whole system, not just symptoms
➤  You want to understand why qigong works — and feel it in your body
You don’t need to have a diagnosed heart condition for this to be relevant. These are the subtle signs the body uses to say it needs a little more attention right here.
