This event is designed to guide you on a journey inward, unlocking the power within your heart. Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice, and Meditation, a timeless art of mindfulness, will be your tools to cultivate a serene and balanced state of being.

Prepare for a holistic experience that nurtures not only your physical body, but also your mind and soul. As we harmonize our movements with the flow of energy, we'll create a sacred space to release stress, enhance vitality, and foster a deep sense of tranquility.

Qigong movement practice will be followed by a sound healing journey facilitated by Joanna Ng. Joanna is a gifted sound facilitator and used the sounds of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Planetary Gongs, Tuning forks and other instruments.

No prior experience is necessary - this event is open to all levels. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or a curious beginner, come as you are and embrace the opportunity to open your heart to a new chapter of well-being and deeper connection.

Joanna Ng, Yoga Teacher and Sound Healing Facilitator

Joanna has been teaching Yoga for over 10 years. To her, Yoga offers much more than the physical practice of stretching. Yoga offers the tools to create transformation. She has experienced and witnessed the power of Yoga to heal the body from pain and injuries, transform the mind through self discipline, breaking through limiting beliefs and thought patterns, and a deeper connection to your spiritual practice through silence. She has taken several Yoga Teacher Trainings in the style of Iyengar Inspired, Anusara Inspired, Yin, Critical Alignment Therapy Inspired, Kundalini, and Restorative Yoga.

She utilizes her knowledge and experience to create calming and inspiring classes, to help others connect on a deeper level to their true nature. Her focus is based on the energetic benefits of Yoga, and how to create balance through the breath, awareness, and alignment of each posture.

Joanna is also a Sound Healing Facilitator. She has taken several courses to utilize the sound of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, Planetary Gongs, Tuning forks, and other instruments. These courses include Acutonics Level 1, Introduction to Gongs with Stacey Bliss, Intro to Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and Raising your Vibration, and learning through collaboration. She also has a background in Suzuki Piano, where she learned to play by ear. We are all in a state of Vibration, and the powerful practices of Yoga and Sound Healing help to raise your vibration. Sound can restructure molecules of water, and has a powerful effect on the human body and energy field. Sound is known to slow down brain waves, which activates the body’s natural system of healing.

All of these modalities combined with Yoga creates a unique style of teaching, which helps to heal and balance your body, mind and soul.
