Creating Space: A Feng Shui Conversation on Clutter, Energy & the Year of the Fire Horse 🌿
Enjoy the replay of this engaging conversation with Feng Shui practitioner MariAnn Leibrandt of Red Coin Spaces, as we explore how the spaces around us can reflect what may be happening within us.
One of the beautiful connections between Qigong and Feng Shui is that they both work with the flow of Qi. Qigong helps us cultivate greater balance and flow within our internal environment, while Feng Shui invites us to bring awareness to the energy of our external environment—our homes and the spaces we live in.
Inner space. Outer space. Both influence how Qi can flow.
Together, MariAnn and I chat about clutter, energy and the flow of Qi in our homes, including why certain spaces, belongings or unfinished projects can sometimes feel difficult to address. MariAnn shares practical Feng Shui wisdom around the elements, grounding, and simple ways to begin creating space without feeling overwhelmed.
We also explore the idea that clearing isn't about having a perfectly organized home. It's about becoming curious about what our surroundings may be communicating and creating greater balance, clarity and flow—inside and out.
