Join Qigong Master Teacher Munira Jiwa as she offers a morning 1/2 hour qigong routine for five days in a row to start your morning with a qi-boost!
Get your energy flowing with the simple moving meditation practice of Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ).

Qigong is an ancient practice that has been used to promote and restore health for over 5000 years. 
 
SFQ is simple and accessible to all as it can be practiced in a sitting or standing position. It incorporates gentle breathing, mind/visualization, movement and sound to help you balance your energy and experience optimal health and wellness.

Do you want to experience the power of group qigong meditation practice? Whether you are new to qigong and looking to kick-start your qigong practice, or whether you are a seasoned practitioner and want to refine your practice.
