Summer is the season of the Fire Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine—a time of warmth, vitality, joy, connection, and expansion. It is also the season when the Heart system is most active.
While summer invites us outward into activity and celebration, it is equally important to nourish the heart, calm the mind, and create balance within. Qigong offers a simple and powerful way to harmonize the energy of the season so you can feel more grounded, energized, and connected.
Join me for a special 5-Day Summer Reset, where we'll gather live each morning to awaken the body, open the heart, and cultivate vibrant energy for the season ahead.
There is something truly special about practicing together. As we gather each day, we create a collective healing energy field that supports and amplifies each person's experience. Whether you are new to Qigong or a long-time practitioner, you'll be welcomed into a heart-centered community dedicated to health, healing, and inner peace.
Each 30-minute session will include:
✨ Seasonal teachings and Qi-Tips for supporting the Heart system
✨ Gentle Spring Forest Qigong movements to get energy flowing
✨ Breathing and visualization techniques to calm the mind and nourish the heart
✨ Healing sounds and meditative practices to balance emotions and reduce stress
✨ The support and inspiration of practicing in a powerful group energy field
Can't join live every day?
No problem. All sessions will be recorded and available for replay for 6Â months, allowing you to revisit the practices as often as you'd like throughout the summer.
By the end of the week, you'll have a collection of simple tools you can return to whenever you want to:
