In Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Spring is one of the most important seasons energetically because it represents renewal, growth, and the awakening of life force (Qi)—both in nature and within the human body.

Qigong Spring Reset is a series of 5 recorded sessions (not live events), 30 minute sessions that you can watch at your own pace and at your own convenient time.  You can watch them as many times as you like....or watch them each year as Spring approaches. 

Each session combines a teaching component in which Munira will explain principles of Qigong as they apply to Springtime, followed by a nourishing 30-minute video of a Qigong routine designed to get your energy flowing and your heart smiling...ready for Spring.  You’ll be guided through Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ) – a simple and powerful moving meditation practice that blends gentle breath, visualization, movement, and sound to help you balance your energy and support your body’s natural healing ability.
